Chelsea Kearney

CHELSEA KEARNEY is a partner at Brownell Partners, PLLC. She is an insurance defense litigator and her practice areas include premise liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, wrongful death, property damage, negligent supervision, assault, subrogation actions, appellate work, and general liability.

Ms. Kearney graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2013, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School in 2016.

Ms. Kearney joined Brownell Partners, PLLC as an associate in 2017. Since joining the firm, she has handled a variety of insurance defense matters from inception all the way through to trial. She is experienced in negotiating settlements and works diligently for her clients to achieve favorable outcomes. Additionally, she has successfully defended appeals in front of the Appellate Division.
